HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- We ship all orders through USPS. Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days from the time your order is placed before it arrives to its destination! International orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks, which includes BOTH the time it takes us to process the order in addition to its transit to you!
CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING? I NEED MY ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE.
- For domestic orders, we offer next-day shipping for those who need their items asap. Please be aware that package weight and distance are both factored into next day shipping costs. We also offer express shipping (2-3 business days) for a flat rate of $15.00. We currently do not offer express shipping for any international orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQ
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
- Yes, we do offer free returns for domestic orders only. Items must be returned within 30 days. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or sales items and accessories.
- To initiate a return, fill out our contact form or e-mail us at email@example.com to start the process. We will send you a paid postage label to send your items back.
- Once the items are received and processed, we will issue you a full refund back to the original form of payment. Note: you must reach out to us before sending your items back in order to get a refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?
- Yes! We offer exchanges on all items except sales items and accessories. Please note you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. To begin the exchange process, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be more than happy to help!
